Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.

• Items bought on final sale, or that are damaged after delivery, are not eligible.
• Size exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once the returned product passes our quality check, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once shipped, the order can be returned as per the policy above.

Damaged or wrong item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
